How this works

Shipping

Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 days. Everything is made or hand-picked one at a time, so a piece is packed as soon as it is ready and sent on its way.

Inside the United States only. The shop does not ship internationally at the moment. If you are outside the US and want something, message me — I would rather talk about it than have you find out at checkout.

Shipping is charged once per order. The exact amount is shown in your bag before you pay, on its own line, so there is nothing added at the last moment.

Returns

I do not accept returns for a change of mind. Everything here is made or hand-picked for the person ordering it, and a returned piece cannot go back on a shelf.

So please take a proper look at the photographs before you order, and if you are unsure about a size, a colour or which design is which, message me first. I would much rather answer a question than have something arrive that is not what you pictured.

If something arrives damaged, or it is not what you ordered, that is different. Message me with a photograph within 14 days and I will put it right — a replacement, or your money back. That is on me, not on you.

Your details

This shop does not track you. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel, no third-party script watching what you look at. That is not a promise about the future — it is what the site is built from today.

What actually happens:

• Your bag is kept in your own browser, on your own device. It is never sent anywhere until you choose to check out.
• Payment is handled by Stripe. Your card details go to them and never touch this site.
• Your order — what you bought, your name, your email and your shipping address — is kept so the parcel can be made, sent and found again if something goes wrong.
• Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which is the only other company this page talks to.

Your details are never sold, and never passed to anyone except the people needed to take the payment and deliver the parcel. If you want to know what is held about you, or want it deleted, message me and I will sort it.
